You cannot blame the girls but where is their motivation to continue if only 5 say they are going to turn up!! <br />still the North East produced some girls to the Divisional. At U18 Durham combined with Cheshireand Cumbria to have a strong squad of 20+ players. Northumberland were left to go it alone and managed to find 17 girls willing to play rugby..<br />club rugby for girls in the North East is pathetic...NO RFUW support. Work done by crc is good but the girls at u13 - y15 are not coming to the clubs..time for a re-think but the rfuw employs people of little imagination and leadership but i do suppose they have to cling on their jobs!and try to convince their supervisors that everything is very rosey on planet rfuw.<br />looking forward to next season with a glass half full mentality!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
