Its an animated gif - so you'd have to do another animated gif. Not impossible, but not quite so simple as you might think. Certainly not something that you might relish every week!
There is also a technical problem with the quality of the images. Because its a GIF the range of colours is not as good - 256 instead or "true" colours - so ... I am personally not 100% happy with it.
