Well done, BBC!

Far be it for me to suggest that a minor campaign of complaints and moans has had an effect, but the BBC have - maybe for the first time ever - included some highlights from the women's six nations during their men's six nations TV coverage today. The brief report featured not only a couple of tries from England's win in Scotland (see Scrumqueens for the highlights), but also included the full results from the weekend, the current table, and details about next weekend's games. Admittedly John Inverdale seemed decidedly uninformed and unsure about the whole thing, but hopefully it was an education for him!

It would be fascinating to know where they got the information from because even the current Official Six Nations website does not have yesterday's results published - indeed, so far as I know, the only place on the web with a complete, current, table and results is... well, here and my Wikipedia Six Nations page.

Anyway, if you have a minute please contact the BBC at this address and congratulate them - especially if you have joined me in moaning in the past. Let's give them some positive encouragement when they get it right!!

6 Nations ScrumV (Sunday 10:25 BBC 1 Wales) has had highlights of the Welsh Women's games this season and the team was in the Studio on Sunday.
