Sydney makes the grade

Congratulations to Sydney, who has been selected for the East Region U15s - and at her first attempt! This means that - for the first time for since 2006 - we will have representatives in both regional squads (that was the year that Nikki and Natalie played for the younger age band).

In fact, to be pedantic about it - as the age bands were actually U17 and U14 in 2006 - this is actually the first time there have been Letchworth girls in both the U15 and U18 squads - indeed Sydney is actually the first Letchworth girl ever to be picked for a regional U15 regional team!

The down side is, of course, that we will now barely see anything of Syd between now and Easter.
