Waiting for results

Mike will be posting a report and photographs from today's game against Jimmies shortly, but it was not the only match with a Letchworth interest today.

Meanwhile at OAs Hayley turned out for East Seniors in their bid to avoid the wooden spoon against South East, who had also not won a game. East were massively superior, winning 54-3. Our Hayley came on in the second half and had a couple of good runs, but failed to score herself - though it was her tackle and resulting turnover that lead to the final East try just before the end.

Sasha, Jess and Lizzell have been at Lichfield with the U18 East and East Midlands teams... but no news from the far west just yet.

Also no news from England vs France - despite a 1.30 kick-off both RFUW and FFR websites remain silent. However - despite kicking off later - news from Italy has come through, Wales beating Italy 27-5. This all means that three teams will go into the final week of the Six Nations on six points (unless the game at London Welsh ended in a draw) - quite a finish! Italy and Scotland are now condemned to the World Cup play-off in Sweden in May. More news on all this once I can find it!
