Regional trial news
Mixed news (so far) from the trials.
Hayley had a far better day this year than last and is in the East squad. No confirmation on any other names yet, but it would be surprising if Sasha was not through as well.
Of our other trialists Jess was not to confident about her chances after the trials, saying that it had not gone well (actually those were not her precise words...) while Fern had decided to withdraw from East Midlands regional trials before Sunday due to pressure of school work.
This leaves Charlie and Laura. Charlie had a good day for what was her first regional trial, but is competing against some tough competition for a place. Laura, on the other hand, was a spectator having omitted to provide the right paperwork. There was a suggestion that the author of the blog may have not provided sufficient information about what was needed, but all I can say is that Hayley remembered to bring her form and if H managed to remember...
Still, Laura will have another chance in a couple of weeks.
