Next year in Bournemouth!
On Saturday we said farewell to Carla, Ellie, Rosie, two Mels, Hayley, Charlie and Lizell. Its a lot of players to lose - but, if things go to plan, it is not the last time that they will wear a Letchworth shirt.
Last weekend Letchworth men's team were in Dorset for the Bournemouth Sevens and the plan is that next year we join them for one (or both) of the women's tournaments. As you will see if you follow the link its a big weekend - a combined music and rugby festival, plus much more.
And we could have a pretty good team. All the above, plus next year's "graduates" (Nikki, Bubbles, Georgie, Jess, and Nat) plus maybe some former legends, such as Katie and Nim - pretty competitive?
So the message to the "retiring" legends is - stay in training. It ain't over yet!
