Practice your... physics?
As a follow on to the German practice earlier today, we now move on to science. Ida Bernstein - a member of the US Sevens team and physics graduate - has decided to approach several aspects of rugby from a physicists point of view.
I'm not entirely sure what to make of it all - other than coming to the conclusion that members of the US Sevens squad either a) have too much time on their hands, or b) are going stir crazy (though I seem to remember from Ida's previous writings that she may not have had far to go on that).
Or maybe both.
Anyway... enjoy!
