Letchworth Saracens finally get a game!
After a 3 month wait due to the bad weather, the Letchworth Saracens U18s finally got to play a match on Sunday and what a pleasant day it was in the spring sunshine at Oxford RFC. The U15s were also present to play only their second game of the year.
Both teams were playing Thames Valley league fixtures against Oxfordshire and were very much motivated to play a game at last although there was a degree of inevitable rustiness due to the lack of recent match practice.
In both matches Letchworth Saracens girls proved too strong for the opposition and ran in a good number of tries with 6 U18s and 7 U15s players contributing to the tally.
