Just one tip I'd like to pass on - I have always found it better to look through the camera to see what was in the picture I was taking. If you do it like you are here, Dave, you'll get another lot of pictures of your left hand ...













Also at this years Herts 7s was last year's Letchworth U18s captain, Nikki, who was on hand to present the medals for the Hertfordshire U15s league to Royston RFC. Having played in all the previous seven Herts 7s tournaments, a little thing like being over age was never going to stop her turning up this year!
