National Sevens: Date change
Now confirmed that not only will the National Sevens be at Leighton Buzzard (see below), the National Junior Sevens (U14 and U17) will now be on Saturday 26th May NOT the Bank Holiday Monday, as in prevous years.
So... how are you for Saturdays? I do not recall our ever playing on a Saturday before and know some of you have jobs, so it'll be a new experience - but at least we've got plenty of notice.
I suspect we will enter a U17 Seven, but probably not a U14 Seven - unless we can work with someone else - as the Nationals (while great fun) can be pretty tough. In other words you need a full squad of at least 10 if not 12 to get through the day!
It will also be a historic day - the last time "U14" and "U17" teams step onto a field.
