The Letchworth Girls' Rugby 'blog originally contained news and information about girls' rugby section based at Letchworth Garden City RUFC between 2004 and 2010, but these days is mainly a source of information, discussion and speculation about women's and girls' rugby in England and overseas.

Though the girls have moved on the blog continues in order to preserve and honour the memories of the greatest bunch of young people to have ever played the game (IMHO!). It is aimed at players past and present, as well as anyone else interested in women's rugby who might be trying to make sense of what on earth is going on, even if that meant going to an unofficial and uncensored source of speculation, debate and discussion about the game.

It has no official connection with any girls' or women's teams currently representing Letchworth GC RUFC is NOT an official website within the meaning of RFU Regulation 5.

This Sunday's game: Home to Saracens & Peterborough:

Quickie to confirm arrangements for this Sunday:

1.30 kick-off for both U14s and U17s.
U14s to play Saracens at c7-a-side
U17s to play a combined Saracens/Peterborough team.
No news from Ampthill about whether they will be sending any players. Or anything else come to that. Ball now firmly in their court.
Definately Randy's final game this one - she has to be at her army training camp by 4pm, but that's only just outside Royston so she should be able to squeeze this game in before shooting off.

Hey.
Just to let you know that the Ampthill "management" in the end didn't mention it to their end about combining with us; therefore nobody from Ampthill will be playing this Sunday. Well not for us anyway.
